My mother could not manage another trip to the clinic. The doctor arrived the same afternoon and was patient and thorough. It took so much stress off our family.
Caregiver, North Kildonan Sample review
I called in the morning with a sick toddler and a doctor came to us by early afternoon. No waiting room full of other sick kids. Exactly what we needed.
Parent, West End Sample review
After my surgery, getting to a clinic was painful. Having a physician check on me at home, fully covered, made my recovery so much easier.
Patient, Elmwood Sample review
The video appointment sorted my prescription in fifteen minutes without me leaving the house. I did not know this was covered.
Patient, Seven Oaks Sample review
They explained everything twice without making me feel slow about it. My father actually listened to this doctor, which is rare.
Caregiver, The Maples Sample review
I expected a bill and there was not one. Card in hand, visit done, nothing to pay. Straightforward from start to finish.
Patient, Point Douglas Sample review

How we handle reviews

We only publish a review when the patient has told us we can. We do not edit the words to make them sound better, and we do not publish anything that identifies a patient beyond what they chose to share.

We also do not publish clinical detail. A review says how the care felt, not what was diagnosed. Personal health information stays private, which is both the law in Manitoba and simply the right way to treat people. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle it.

Have we seen you or someone you care for? If you would like to share your experience, call 204-586-6655 or use the contact page. There is no obligation, and we will always ask before publishing anything.
